We ship via FedEx, USPS and UPS for a flat fee of $12.00. Items are normally shipped within 1 to 3 business days from order received. Standard shipping is 3-7 business days within the US depending on location. Please call or email us for priority and expedited shipping.
A local sales tax must be charged for orders shipping within Washington state.
For any orders requiring international delivery, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for a shipping quote. Transit time for international shipments vary between countries. Please note we are not responsible for any customs charges that may be incurred.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it to us for exchange or a full refund less any shipping charges. Returns must be delivered to us within 15 days from the date you received your order. Any returns delivered after 15 days and up to 30 days will be issued in the form of store credit. We cannot accept returns made more than 30 days after the original order date. Please note that all artwork and body products are final sale.
Any cost for return shipping is a responsibility of the buyer. Returned goods must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.
